Notre Dame announces reopening to students on August 10.

ND plans to cancel the summer session and focus on the fall opening. Announced today. ND was expected to make the decision by May 15 per below post. They have decided to open. No mention yet of football, but getting students back was the first step.

I'm glad to see this.
